You’re the first face our guests see—and the person who keeps the entire experience running like clockwork. As a Lobby Host at The Secret Chambers, you’ll check in players, sell tickets and merch, answer phones and emails, and make sure every group starts (and ends) their adventure with a smile.
You don’t just manage the front desk. All money passes through you, and your hustle helps keep the whole facility on schedule and running strong. If you’re a friendly, fast-moving multitasker who thrives in a team setting, you’ll love this job.
What You’ll Do:
• Greet guests, check them in, and manage their reservations
• Sell merchandise and game upgrades (you earn commission!)
• Answer phones and respond to emails professionally and quickly
• Help guests leave 5-star reviews by creating unforgettable first and last impressions
• Keep the lobby, restrooms, and work areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Communicate with Escape Room and Rage Room Hosts to keep the schedule on track
What We’re Looking For:
• Age 18 or older
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong with multitasking and staying calm under pressure
• Friendly, organized, and comfortable using phones and computers
• Has reliable transportation
• Confident handling cash, card payments, and customer interactions
• Team-focused, trustworthy, and drama-free
