Dallas / Fort Worth Escape Room Challenge

Rage Room Host

Part-Time • Starting at $11/hr + Commission & Tips
Fort Worth, TX / Arlington, TX

Welcome to one of the wildest jobs in town. As a Rage Room Host at The Secret Chambers, you’ll gear up guests for high-energy destruction sessions—then keep them safe, hyped, and smiling the whole time. When they’re done smashing, you’ll clean up, reset, and do it all over again.

This role is active, fast-paced, and fun. And the more energy you bring to upselling extra breakables and merch, the more you earn in commission.

What You’ll Do:
• Guide players through safety gear, rules, and expectations
• Supervise each session and make sure everything stays safe and fun
• Upsell bonus items and souvenirs (you earn commission!)
• Clean and reset the Rage Room between groups
• Help keep shared spaces tidy, stocked, and ready to go
• Keep the schedule running smoothly by communicating with the team

What We’re Looking For:
• Age 18 or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Confident speaking with guests and enforcing safety rules
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and quick under pressure
• Clean, responsible, and always a team player—no drama here

Energy = Earnings. Rage Room Hosts who hustle, upsell, and engage with guests earn real commission each shift.
